Build records for assets, installations, contracts or other information you manage. Choose the fields, relationships, layout and staff access for each published object.
Administrators create a draft with clear singular and plural names, a stable object key and a menu icon. Adopt available fields or create new typed fields, then define required values and relationships appropriate to the object.
02
Arrange how staff work
Configure sections, field order and required settings. Company branding, logo and colour choices are also configurable. Familiar workspace presets and selectable menu items help staff find their way without displaying every module.
03
Publish with access in place
Publishing makes the object available for role configuration, menu navigation and supported reporting. Staff need explicit permission grants, and field visibility is separate from field security. Archiving preserves existing records.

Does hiding a field enforce security?
