01

Start with a consistent catalogue

Manage SKUs, descriptions, prices, tax and product fields. Download the CSV template and review mapped product imports before saving. Configure inventory locations, units and supported stock tracking for the products you manage.

02

Record what actually moves

Use purchase and delivery workflows to record actual quantities. Partial fulfilment leaves the outstanding quantity visible. Supported reservations, replenishment, backorders and returns keep a history of stock activity rather than replacing old ledger entries.

03

Record production progress

Configure bills of materials and create manufacturing orders. Record partial production, review remaining quantities and manage optional work centres and work orders. Product barcodes assist supported workflows; they do not bypass permissions or stock checks.

Questions about inventory & manufacturing.

Is inventory a separate paid module?

No. Inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, CRM and the other product modules are included in the same OneCRM+ subscription.

Does manufacturing cover every ERP requirement?

No. Current production features exclude lot/serial production, enforced routings and manufacturing costing. Confirm your required process during setup.

Are finance tools connected too?

The same suite includes quotes, invoices, credit notes, vendor bills and accounting journals. Payment providers remain configurable and require connection.
